Job Description - Referrals Specialist and Operations Assistant


Vista Community Health Center is seeking a new full-time staff member to join our growing organization. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for working with clinical care teams to complete referrals and prior authorizations for patients. Additional responsibilities include operations support including scheduling appointments and patient interaction in-person and over the telephone.

Candidate must have strong writing and organizational skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite required and previous experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred.
